KTC Management would like to remind all concerned that, effective November 1, 2026, all Export Documents (ED) must be submitted at least two (2) hours before the vessel’s scheduled arrival to avoid operational delays and standby charges.
Cargo without complete and verified ED shall not be loaded. Requests for late ED submission shall be coordinated with the respective Shipping Lines and, subject to operational approval, shall incur an additional charge of PHP 3,000.00 per applicable transaction, covering hustling and two (2) lift-on/liftoff handling charges.
For payments made beyond regular office hours, only KTC’s official QR payment facility shall be accepted, in coordination with the Operations Team.
