We would like to inform you that, starting from April 1, 2024, KTC Container Terminal Corporation will be implementing some changes in the way we accept payments over-the-counter. From this date, only the following payment methods will be accepted:

Cash in Pesos or U.S. Dollars
Manager’s Check

Additionally, we will also be accepting online deposits or electronic fund transfers, provided that you present proof of payment or a bank-verified deposit slip to the Cashier.

These changes are aimed at simplifying our payment process, reducing administrative burdens, and providing ease and speed in transacting business.

New Minimum Charge on Electrical Usage

Dear Valued Clients,

We would like to inform you that starting April 1, 2024, KTC Container Terminal Corporation will implement a new minimum charge on electrical plug-in/plug-out for reefers.

For each instance of a reefer container being plugged in, an upfront electrical charge equal to 4 hours or a total of Php320.00 will be applicable. For example, if a reefer container is plugged in for 1 or 2 hours, it will be charged P380.00. If it is plugged in for 3 or 4 hours, it will also be charged P380.00. Any plug-in beyond 4 hours or a fraction thereof will be charged at the regular rate of P80.00 per hour.

This policy has been revised to address the increasing reefer volume and ensure balanced utilization of our resources and reefer facility in our terminal, while also covering our increasing operating costs.
